ACTION CONDITIONS:

1.      The organizer of the action (further "Organizer") "Tea with care!" from the Assam Tea trademark “Tea House” LLP.
Address: Republic of Kazakhstan of 050052 g of Alma-Ata, residential district Taugul, house 13.
2.      Term of carrying out action: from 15.03.2014 to 15.06.2014.
3.      Geography of carrying out action: Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.      In the action the following commodity units of tea take part in promo-packaging: Assam Classical packaged 25 Pak, Assam Classical packaged 50 Pak, Assam Classical packaged 100 Pak, Assam of the Evening packed 25 bags, Assam of Green packaged 25 bags.
5.      All physical persons living in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participation in the action, except employees of the Organizer and members of their families.
6.      For participation in the action it is necessary:
·         to Purchase the Assam tea pack in promo-packaging and to find a unique code on a reverse side of the upper valve of a pack.
·         For participation need to be sent to the buyer on short number 3505 SMS "code_name_surname" (for example: "XXXX XXXX XXXX Abay Musin"). SMS cost for all operators of the RK cellular network – 7KZT.
·         Free activation of a code through a site www.assamtea.kz is possible.
7.      The participants registering a code through the SMS, receive the response message in the form of the SMS; the participants registering a code on the Internet, receive the response message on the screen of the RS;
8.      If there were technical mistakes and a code it isn't possible to send by means of SMS, the participant can call a phone of the hot line for a situation explanation. If the code wasn't accepted for technical reasons, not depending on the participant, the operator can register a code in manual and report about registration in an oral form.
9.      Prize fund:
The guaranteed prizes. Every 10th registered by means of the SMS or through a site www.assamtea.kz the participant of the action receives 200 tenges on balance of phone from which the SMS was sent or which was specified in a special field of a site, respectively. The list of 100 last prize-winners will be displayed on a site www.assamtea.kz. Updating of the list of winners happens each 5 minutes.
First prizes. Prize-winners will be determined by means of carrying out 6 draws on 10 prizes by a nominal of 100'000 tenges, a way of an accidental choice from a database of the unique codes sent by participants. The participant who has sent bigger quantity of codes has more chances of a victory in direct ratio to quantity of the sent codes.
Dates of carrying out draws: 31.03.2014, 15.04.2014, 30.04.2014, 15.05.2014, 30.05.14, 16.06.2014. In each draw it will be played on 1’000'000 tenges
Conditions of issue of the first prizes:
o   Prize-winners of draw of the first prizes will be notified by phone, also their list will be published on a site www.assamtea.kz
o   Cash prizes, will be transferred by non-cash payment into any account of the winner. If the winner has no account, it can open it in any department of any bank in a residence. The organizer assumes the liability on payment of all obligatory taxes arising at prize-winners in connection with receipt of a prize, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.
o   Within 5 working days from the moment of draw the organizer contacts prize-winners and requests the data necessary for transfer of a cash prize and payment of IPN, namely: copy of the identity certificate and account passport.
o   In case of refusal the prize-winner from provision of necessary documents, the organizer has the right to refuse issue of a prize and to replace the current prize-winner with the reserve prize-winner.
10.   Phones of the hot line: Alma-Ata 8-800-070-3505 (a call with д the omashnikh and mobile phones across Kazakhstan - free).
11.   The organizer assumes the liability on payment of all obligatory taxes arising at prize-winners in connection with receipt of a prize, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.
12.   The organizer reserves the right uses of names and photos of Prize-winners in the advertizing purposes, the right to prolong the advertizing action, to change procedure of issue of prizes and to publish the additional information about an advertizing campaign and an order of its carrying out.
13.   Sending the SMS, or registration on a site means a full consent of the participant with action conditions, and also a consent to receipt of information SMS messages.
14.   It is necessary to send each Unique code in a separate SMS message. Each unique code can be registered during carrying out the action only once.
15.   The cost of the Sms is levied from the Participant by mobile operators for use of channels of cellular communication. In case of sending by the Participant of an incorrect SMS message, the response SMS message about a mistake will be sent it. Thus expenses of the Participant on sending an incorrect SMS
16.   The organizer, and also the persons authorized by it don't bear responsibility for:
- technical failures in a network of mobile operator to which the Participant, or in a network of the Internet service provider, not allowing to send/receive the SMS message is connected or to register a unique code on a site;
- for any consequences of mistakes of the Participant, including for incorrectly specified number of the mobile phone on the Site and as a result entering of a unique code into the account of the specified mobile phone; for sending a unique code from someone else's mobile phone and as a result entering of a unique code with which was sent to the account of the mobile phone to SMS; for specifying in case of registration on a site of nonexistent / inactive number of the cell phone, or the phone number which isn't belonging to RK mobile operator and, as a result, nonpayment of the guaranteed prize on balance of phone.
The organizer doesn't enter disputes between Participants concerning the one who found and (or) registered the Unique code as it should be, stipulated in Item 6 these Conditions. The person, registered the Unique code according to these Conditions will be considered as the first as the participant.

ШАГ 1
Before loading by the supplier of raw materials in transport unit he sends express mail a tea sample to Tea House laboratory.
ШАГ 2
The laboratory checks a tea sample on compliance organoleptic to properties, to the established standards. Only after approval by a titester of the Tea House company the container with tea goes back on factory of the city of Alma-Ata.
ШАГ 3
After arrival on raw-material storage and from it samples for comparison with approved before shipment again undertake. In case of discrepancy the container is rejected and it send back for a supplier account.
ШАГ 4
Before the raw materials unsubscribe in production, it undergoes repeated testing in laboratory since it could deteriorate in a warehouse.
ШАГ 5
The raw materials pass final cleaning: via the magnetic reel (once again just in case), a sieve and an extension (to exhaust a dust, it can formed from insignificant destruction of a granule or a leaf during transportation).
ШАГ 6
After cleaning the raw materials arrive in a blended tower. In the same place it is possible to mix raw materials.
ШАГ 7
From a blended tower the raw materials arrive on packing: at first it pack into the tight polypropylene metallized package, then the package is packed into a pack. Further the pack is wrapped in an external polypropylene film with a detachable strip. The packer standing at the exit ofthis line checks quality of packing and packs tea into secondarycorrugated packaging.
ШАГ 8
From each batch 3 samples are written out in laboratory where check already ready-made product: quality of packaging, marking. 1 pack is opened and passes the last control on organoleptic, two others - pass into factory archive as alarm samples. There they are stored 2 years - to expiry date. The archive is updated constantly.
