Basic provisions:

Use of any resources of the Site is unconditional acceptance of all conditions stated in these rules of use of information, commenting of materials and communication.

No information from the Site can be copied, widespread or transferred in any way for commercial use without written consent of owners.

Any authorized use of the Site doesn't include use of the Site and Materials in any illegal purposes. It is forbidden to broadcast also on the Site or through the Site any materials without the permission of the owner Sayt. The present document is the legal document and creates the obligations connected with use by you of the Site. Use of the Site by you means your consent to adoption of the present agreement. The present Contract is regulated and interpreted according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The present Agreement taking into account its subject in full sense forms the Contract between you and the Sites Owner.

If for one reason or another one or several norms of these rules are invalid or not having validity, it has no impact on reality or applicability of other norms.

The owner Sayta and Administration reserves the right to change the information maintenance of the Site (including the page with legal information) at any time and without the prevention.
